Vivianne Panizzon

Vivianne Panizzon, has always walked on the musical path, as a student and educator, a composer and a performer. She has studied at York University, Ottawa University, at l’Université de Laval à Québec as well as at the Conservatory of Music in Toronto. Now that she is retired, she composes and performs upon request and for special occasions. Her passion for history, genealogy and music has led her to compose Musical Imageries that reflect local history, events and sites along the St. Lawrence. Some of these have been written for violin and piano, for cello and piano, and in the unique art of One Piano Four Hands. Vivianne is a member of SOCAN, Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada. Her latest works have been composed for clarinet and piano. She owes this to an accomplished clarinetist, Raymond Lacroix with whom she has founded the Clarpian-Duo.
